This Privacy Policy describes how Tasty Directives LLC ("EasyClientGrowth," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at easyclientgrowth.com, our scheduling pages, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, fill out the contact form, subscribe to our list, or become a client, we collect the information you provide — name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything you write in a message or intake form.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we and our analytics partners log basic technical information: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for this.
- Information from advertising platforms. If you arrive from an ad, the platform (e.g., Meta, Google) may share aggregated or hashed data with us to attribute the visit and measure conversions.
2. Cookies, pixels, and ad-tracking
We use cookies and tracking pixels to operate the Service, measure performance, and run paid advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) pixel, Google Analytics / Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may set their own cookies and collect device/usage data subject to their privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work as expected.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, invoices, build updates).
- To send marketing emails to subscribers — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- To run, measure, and improve advertising campaigns and the Service itself.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. CRM and third-party processors
We use a small set of vetted third-party processors to deliver the Service. These currently include (without limitation): GoHighLevel (CRM, scheduling, email), Netlify (web hosting and form delivery), Google Workspace (email and storage), Stripe (payments), and the advertising platforms named above. Each processes information on our behalf under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the processors above, with our professional advisors when required, and where required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request).
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to deliver the Service, comply with legal/financial obligations, and operate our business. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email below.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information; to opt out of marketing or certain types of tracking; and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. 8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request a description of the categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months and the purposes for which we used them, and may request deletion. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
9. Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
